Need a permission slip for a field trip?
If your child is enrolled in one of our programs and needs a blank permission slip for an upcoming activity, please see below. The signed slip should be returned to the Program Leader as soon as possible.

Community Crusaders Summer Camp
This summer we are having the Community Crusaders Project for girls in elementary and middle school. The girls will learn about leadership, advocacy, and volunteerism while making new friends and completing service projects in their communities. The elementary school (4th to 5th grade) program will be from June 22 to Friday, June 26. The middle school project will be Monday, June 29 to Friday, July 3. Location TBD and it is free to participate!
